Here is the process of the return: Fill the “Return Form” which you will receive with the product. In fact, you can download it from the website www.mushanite.com. Then, fill in the details. Make sure you pack the order in the original packaging, also mention your name, order name, including mobile number. Also, enclose the original invoice, warranty or guaranty card, and the other tag if any. Now, your logistic partner will pick this order from you.

Upon submitting the form, please allow up to 15 days for the processing of your refund. The credited amount will be deposited directly into your bank account within this timeframe.
